Never before have I heard so clearly that opening myself to the expression of the divine through me is why Im here in this body. How liberating it is to put my attention there, rather than on many expressions of lack--my usual willing/unwilling state of mind. Im going to relisten in hopes that i can understand his comment about predetermination or destiny and freewill not being exclusive of each other. Would love to hear him expound on the idea he was starting to express there.. I so enjoyed this! Please invite him back! Thank you!❤❤❤

Wonderful conversation. Yogi Anand Mehrotra distills rather complex concepts down to their essence in a way that few "teachers" can. And Alex, your questions were outstanding, your comments insightful and really added to the teachings. Thank you both for your service to HumanKind.

Alex-your podcast is wonderful and you have many incredible guests. Yogi Anand is a VERY special being: a spiritual master who can communicate deep, eternal truths in a modern, podcast style. You implied that Yogananda was a higher being and meeting him would (in your mind) have been a monumental experience. This is quite typical of people new to spiritual work. You assume someone you read about is a higher being than the one before you in the moment. Some who sat with Yogananda felt nothing, while others went into samadhi. A great spiritual adept is a mirror and a doorway. I assure you that Yogi Anand is a great yogi, chosen for his role as a communicator in this online era. It almost sounded as if you were assuming Yogananda (whom you never met) was the greater yogi. NOT SO. You could have honored this great soul who graced you with his presence on your show, with more than feeble, unintentional comparisons to a yogi who was right for his time. Yogi Anand is right for this time in history. Not your fault, a common mistake with green, young adepts. The greatest yogis often seem ordinary in a lot of ways. It takes a developed sense to discern their brilliance. Yogi Anand is every bit as great as Yogananda, just very different & modern. Namaste

When you grew up pre-internet era and your only way to learn spiritual paths was through reading complicated texts - I’m so grateful and excited for the age we live in and to get learn teachings such as this in this way now, which wouldn’t be possible unless people like you, Alex, followed their paths and created this incredible, amazing podcast so THANK YOU!!! Yogi Anand started to talk about free will and destiny and how they are not opposing but coexist, but didn’t delve into the conversation. I would love to hear more about this in his words next time you have him on, since he has such a way of putting things. Thank you both for the wonderful work that you do! 🙏

"Space and time are no longer barriers to knowing..." I heard today that the acceleration of knowledge is 100 years in five. If time is a flow of experience, we must count on the younger generations with strong energy to keep us off the path of destruction in the next 10-20 years, because boomers are wearing out and should step out of the way--unless we have love to offer.

I came across your channel a couple weeks ago and this connection you have made with Yogi Anand prompted me to subscribe to your channel. I look forward to more of the connections you have made with people that speak into our lives the reality of the divine realm and I would hope one day to share some of my experience of my walking among the elohims. This dialogue has communicated more useful truth than the entire careers of people like Anderson Cooper or Sam Donaldson. The people of our world and the leaders that have somehow enabled themselves to work their way into positions of apparent power and material protection, need help and correction. When Gods natural law fails on earth through the administration of man (or woman), God must bring about supernatural law, and that is what will happen in the spirit. And they never see it coming. Very exciting times to be alive! UDO

The fallacy begins in the assumption that a person has awareness. Once awareness is understood, clarity shines and the personal identification dissolves and this is Beingness. Awareness is not personal.Does the person diappeared? The answer is no, only the identification is gone. This beingness is not in time and not in space. Beingness or awareness or consciousness does not become a person .The person is not a becoming, it is only an assumption, a big hallucination .The person is a story in time and space .A person can never become enlightened , the disappearance of identification as a person is enlightenment. The speaker is very good and the talks is great.

Beautiful conversation. Even though my training has been more scientifically based and the vocab here isn’t too familiar, as things are defined I’m absolutely following along. Just want to add that someone can have a bone deep knowing we are all facets of the divine - that we are all part of Oneness - and can walk a life with incredible compassion and understanding for everyone, yet retain the ability to interact or choose to not interact with certain individuals. Part of enlightenment is knowing we are eternal yet never forgetting we chose this physical incarnation which has its limitations. At least that’s my experience. Thanks Alex for yet another fantastic interview!

Luv your show! I think I've commented before, but the thought just crossed my mind in regards to the life path that you chose...I know you have spoken in a few occasions, about wanting to be a legendary film producer and for whatever reason... That didn't work out... But life brought you here. Coincidence? ... From my perspective, every episode you have hosted, you have essentially 'produced' an amazing documentary! Highlighting the experiences of some of the brightest souls on this planet! That's not just one or two "movie productions" but hundreds, (eventually thousands) of inspiring, life changing, programs that will exist as long as we have the technology to watch / listen to them.... For the benefit of mankind and this planet! Your line of work is incredibly important right now... Because you and others who do these kinds of broadcasts, are having a direct hand in the awakening of humanity in a way, and at a time, that is unlike anything ever seen in the history of humanity! How cool is that?? Fricken ( pardon my slang..lol) awesome if you ask me! And inspiring... To those of us who haven't yet figured out where our contribution is going to be, or which road to take so to speak. I love the inspiration and I just soak up all this knowledge 😊🌻❤️😊
