Very Interesting to listening to Bob Iger on the mega project of creating Disney land in China. Bob Iger had set a very high safety standards for the workmen involved in creation of the mega structure, providing not only PPE, also a descent accommodation, canteen facilities and moreover weekly entertainment for the entire workforce. What a great leadership quality being exhibited. Not to compromise anything related on safety matters. Its very heart touching that believing in the local culture and being respected for promoting rather than simply imposing the standards sets in other Disney land. Secondly the priority is given to the local language instead of English and then converting into. Very exciting venture so that local taste has been protected. That's how the successful leaders thinks of growing by adapting the local culture. Thanks Bob Iger, lot to learn from your great leadership quality.

You never hear anything from Iger about the lawsuit Disney/Lucasfilm lost in the UK last year after the corporate giant unlawfully interfered with an independent British filmmaker who then took them to court ... and beat them. David v Goliath. Google the subject Marc John v Lucasfilm.
