USCIS Automatic EAD Extension: Up to 540 Days for AOS EAD and H-4 EAD Updates!

Hi, H1B, H4 and EAD extensions were filed on premium processing. H1B approved. H4 and EAD applications say Form G28 Rejected. Will I still get benefit of courtesy premium processing? Any insight will be helpful.

Hi, My husband working in USA for 11+ yrs on H1b now the employer gave notice as April 1st 2025 last day. current Dec 31st, 2024, H1B visa expires. Employer says will file inn premium but still waiting for that. Please suggest how to take the employer behavior and suggestion for next steps. previous employer x filed i140 but due to lack of project my husband moved from X to Y present employer, but Y is asking to leave now.

The Ead extension is eligible only if i94 is valid. Right. I94 expires

If my son is citizens 21 years ,will I get green card,or there are any limited green cards for it ,will I come under family based green card
