I have an off-topic question. Every US citizen has the right to vote correct? Even those in territories. But LIVING in a territory will only allow you to vote in a primary election correct?

U.S. citizens residing in U.S. territories cannot vote for president in the general election. www.usa.gov/who-can-vote

​@@uscitizenpodI don't live in territories, I'm just doing research into them and I keep hearing different statements on voting rights. 1: People from territories can't vote. 2: People from territories can only vote in certain elections. 3: People in territories can't vote. 4: People in territories can only vote in certain elections.
