@uscitizenpod6 жыл бұрын
You can email me at uscitizenpod@gmail.com . some people belonged to the Communist Party in their home countries. People have many complicated reasons to join the communist Party. They joined the Communist Party as an expression of national pride. Other people join the Communist Party because the Party controls who goes to school or who gets jobs. You can say, "I joined the Communist Party because Party membership was compulsory for my job. However, I do not support the Communist Party anymore." Please talk to a lawyer. They can help you prepare an affidavit that explains your situation. Look at www.justice.gov/eoir/list-pro-bono-legal-service-providers

@uscitizenpod5 жыл бұрын
I am sorry that I did not see this question until today. You should be ok, but you should check with a local immigrant legal services group just to confirm. Some USCIS officers will ask further questions about the eldercare arrangements, money earned or spent in a home country, and time between trips. An immigrant legal services group can help you anticipate these questions and help you with appropriate answers.

I have documents from my doctor and evidence birth certificate for my baby?
@uscitizenpod6 жыл бұрын
123 123 ya, the officer will definitely ask you about your trip. Bring the baby’s birth certificate, notes from the doctor, and any travel documents-especially your re-entry permit and passport. If the officer needs any more documentation (such as a copy of your re-schedule plane ticket), they will send you a letter with a request for specific documentation. It may also good to ask the advice of an immigration legal services group. Be prepared to answer the questions. Congratulation on the birth of your baby and good luck in your interview.
