Is this interview same for students those who wants to study in US and live their life in this country any info about it

This is an interview for naturalization, not an interview to study in the U.S. To study in the United States, you'll need a student visa, which is either an F, J, or M visa: F-1 visa: For full-time international students pursuing academic studies at an accredited U.S. college or university, or to study English at an English language institute M-1 visa: For full-time international students pursuing vocational studies J exchange visa: For participation in an exchange program, including high school and university study For more info see: studyinthestates.dhs.gov/ or travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/study/student-visa.html Good luck!

Does having a record automatically disqualify you for citizenship? If the answer is yes so they rake your permanent residence card?

They will focus questions that you missed. For example, if you answered all the civics questions correctly, they will not ask you the civics questions again, but will focus on the N-400 questions. If you were able to answer the N-400 personal info questions, but were not able to answer the part 9 questions on moral character, they will focus on the part 9 questions. If you couldn't answer questions related to finance or marriage or membership, they will focus on that info. You should talk to a immigration legal rep before you return. Go to www.justice.gov/eoir/list-pro-bono-legal-service-providers and click your state on the map to find a low-cost accredited immigration service.
