1;37--This man may have been responsible for saving my mother in Neustadt. She was one of the 500 women from Nuenengamme.I would love for this man's family to contact me. Or of course the USC Shoah Foundation. My mother previously refused to talk to Shoah, but she is speaking to me now after over 60 years of silence.

I worked with Major Ruston in 1965 and I always remember when I first called him Major he told me “Call me Ted, the King did”.

Amen the Jewish people deserve peace. The survivors are our candles in the dark for the rest of humanity. Bless these souls father in your son's name.

He mentions "the trial of the Dutchman"... who does he mean? (It may be "Dutch men"...)

Marinus van der Lubbe - He was a Dutch communist who was probably framed by the Nazis for the Reichtag fire of Feb 27, 1933. It was the pretext to giving Hitler "emergency" powers.

The interviewer is disgraceful! Some questions were very offensive and if this was me I would've told him that I'm not going to answer The offensive questions and that how I interact with people is none of his business. Some of these interviewers were either very inconsiderate or have been trained very poorly! Why can't these people just ask simple questions and listen to the story instead of consistently interjecting with useless and crappy questions all the time?

SuperMichelleDJ I don’t agree with you. He didn’t persist with any Q. I thought he was very respectful

Can’t do nothing about interviewer , but if it’s not up to scratch watch something else ......as we know worse things happened to these people and you moan and bellyache about trivial things ......you don’t know your born
