There are so many seniors in my Mother’s neighborhood, above 76, who are in desperate need of repairs/safety modifications to their bathrooms. Perhaps I’ll undertake the application process for them to ensure they don’t fall through the floor while using the toilet. Shame on America for making it so difficult for these who took care of us to remain independent.

I am a new widow and am 69. The house I rented for the last 14 yrs is now being sold. I am supposed to be out the first of march. I can’t find an agent that is willing to help me. I am disabled but still active and have a small business that does not make a profit. How do I locate someone to help me.? I have a pre qualification letter for FHA from Rocket. What mortgage company will do for usda?

Metroplex, but they handle AL, TX, FL, TN. I would talk to them. I would go with a guarantee loan because otherwise you will have a bunch of robots helping you like this guy.

Just fix your credit by combining to one it will boost your credit score after that apply for USADA direct not the other one.. and please put together all paperwork and take to local office no mail.. one your there ask thousands of questions how they can help or you should do... it worked for me

Just say it upfront seniors need not to apply because it's too confusing for them,, h a ha. My dad built his house by himself. Seniors have alot more knowledge than young people.

Please. My house needs repairs and. My driveway flooded in 2016 but now is completely gone. Went thru. Mountain heart who does repair been 400 years. They fixed my heat was l please I want to go home I want to die at home not pay rent in another state

Health and safety is why I can’t go home. My driveway is gone I would pay anything I can to get back in my double wide which needs on permanent foundation. Cinder. Block. 20:00 can change my life for the better my son is living there he can’t work and when he can part time minimum wage.
