"Wine" is made from fermenting fruit. "Beer" is made from fermenting grains. Sake (and products like it) is technically an uncarbonated beer made from a mash. If you distill wine, you get grappa. When you distill grains, you get whisky/scotch/vodka/shochu etc.

Brandy is also distilled wine. Why you believe an Italian term is used to describe a class of alcohols around the world, well never know. Your comment is vastly over simplifying the spectrum of alcohol around the world, and the language used for those various alcohols. Your western context isn't inherently correct because it's yours. Calm the fuck down.
They should contact rice wine factory according. Instead of 500 wasted glass bottle per day. I'm sure the factory willing to custom a special packaging for your business. Take it 1litter per bottle. That's mean 500litter per day. Wasted too much man power just to open up all the bottle cap, custom bottle tray holder ..etc. I believe less 500 pcs of glass bottle as packaging, even the cost of the sesame oil will reduce as well. Well just my 1cent opinion.
