Yes, normal repeater hai to use Kiya ja sakta hai with any router like Airtel, Jio, Dlink etc. Repeater is a device which help you to extend existing network through wired or wirelessly. And you can change any settings which is available on repeater or router.

Informative. What if there is a user id and password to connect to the wifi router of which we want to repeat? I mean I have to use some credentials to connect D-link to the main wifi router?

You can try it by creating Radius Server using NPS feature in windows server or by using Oracle VM virtual machine. I didn't tried yet but you can try, for different wifi client, you can use different credentials. Or simply create 2 wifi with different password and SSID, one for repeater and other for normal uses.

Mostly cases me DLink ka router khrab hone ke karan, Router auto restart hote rahta hai.. you need to call DLink customer care for the same.

First check from other devices link mobile phone, is wifi signals are available on mobile devices or not, if yes then Reset or reinstall your laptop wifi driver. Please cross check, router is on 2.4 Ghz.

Lan Speed and Wifi Speed Not Going above 10 mbps. Shuru shuru mein 54 mbps tak mila. Parent router plan 150mbps. Parent router in perfect range with DIR 615

You can try to update your router firmware, then you can try different channels settings available in wireless settings then mannual wireless settings. You can try Channel-11, Channel-6 and channel-1.
