MARILYN! You used a word so befitting for how I feel about this video because it was great! I'm downloading Inkscape (again) so I can give it another try. No extra layers to delete once you've "clipped" the two layers like you have to do when you slice in Cricut is a big plus! Awesome tutorial 🙌🏾🙌🏾🌹

Your videos are great! I love how calm you are and explain everything clearly. I have a question? I have an outline and I'm trying to fill it with an image. Is there a way to fill that out line to where the image resizes and shapes to the outline?
@MakingwithMarilyn Жыл бұрын
If the inside image is an svg you could possibly use editing points or nodes to warp it yourself but I’m really not sure. Sorry I couldn’t help more.

Hi Andrea! Thanks for watching! I am going to put together a series of short videos that will help people get started in Inkscape and introduce some processes (like the one in this video) that are good to know for crafters. What I did when I started was watched various KZbin videos about the basics of Inkscape and then I just played around in it. Pretty soon, it all made sense and now I absolutely love it! I am definitely willing to help also!
