Use "OKRs" as a verb - not a noun

OKRs themselves are relatively simple things without much intrinsic value: just a few short sentences and some numbers.
But they create powerful conversations that help teams to learn, align, challenge, and support one another in ways that can lead to better decisions and unleash tremendous cultural change and continuous improvement across an entire organisation.
This only happens when people look beyond the OKRs themselves and see the conversational springboard that they are. It takes endless curiosity, patience, dialogue, psychological safety, engagement, trust, and a general willingness to look deeply and really understand reality as it appears to a diverse group of people trying to work together to do great things.
