Thank you so much for this quick video explanation of side chaining in reaper! This is something I always seem to forget so it’s great that it’s not a 20 minute video of searching for the right few seconds 😂

Is there a way to sidechain a kick inside a full drum sample? I'm working with a pre-made drum loop (I hate those but this was not my choice) and I would like to sidechain only the kick without affecting the rest of the drums, like just sidechaining the lower end of the spectrum. Extracting the kick seems like a tiring chore...

I'd try using a few eqs and I'd separate low end of the loop and the rest so I can send the low end to trigger the sidechain on a bass

Where can I find the download of this theme for reaper?
@WodzuBeats3 жыл бұрын
Hi! It's the iLogic theme by blankfiles: forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=214879 It's donationware, so you have to donate at least $1 to get the theme.
