I guess I missed card #1. I’ll have to look for that one. I’ve seen Jackie’s but haven’t started making the templates but I’m going to start. I’d love to get a box full. Ya know I started out making cards for soldiers. I’m backing off of that for now & make some birthday cards for a couple of nursing homes nearby OR the one my mom is in. I astonished that I found you! 🎉 I had never heard of you and I watch a ton of card making, scrapbooking, quilting and embroidery videos!!! Such a good series! Have you thought about directing people to p. 22 or 44 (I can’t remember which) of the annual catalog for templates? Pro-convenient Con-Exact measurements not in catalog or website I went through all 22 and created measurements.

As much as I like making cards, I do much better when I have a pattern like one of yours to follow. It’s not that I can’t just cut a card base and make a Matt the next size smaller. So here I am trying to make my pattern for card number 4 but I couldn’t figure out how to put the pieces together. My husband said, Juli Baca will help you! And I said, I have her instructions! But then I looked and saw the option to scan and go to the video and I did!! Yey!! Thank you! There is nothing wrong with your instructions, I am the kind of person who can’t even put things together with decent instructions.

When you use a single back, the card won't stand up. Am I correct?

That's correct. The fun fold card will not stand up. The other patterns, I am just using a single back for the pattern to save paper, but when I make the card, I would use a full card base measurement of 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4".
