Most people will just fold their knee to one side when trying this golf swing drill but if we use the ground to rotate our hips, this engages those all-important ground reaction forces and combined with the other drills shown here, you too can start to recruit the ground reaction forces and integrate them into your golf swing for more power and consistency.
