How come some mean fighters they be super focused and win when they are angry in a fight and others fighter like my type are more dangerous and focused when they are clam and peaceful inside

I'd say that the man fighters are more agressively focused, than they are actually angry. Their agression may seem like anger, but that is actually just what they look like when they get into their flow state.
