My new kit arrived and I tried it out using the Black-Eyed Susan stencil. Worked exactly as described. WooHoo! I used one of my Tim Holtz grip mats to hold the paper instead of low tack tape but did everything else the same as the directions. You can NEVER have too many of those mats. Just the right amount of sticky for so many things. Although they will attract dust or hair like a magnet. One stencil down, six to go. Now that I have a better idea how the design turns out, I can adapt it to my preferences. This was the quickest wreath stencil pattern I ever made.

I saw Penguin Palace had done a demo and was hoping you would do one too. I've been wanting one of these since you first played with the original, the price was the only thing holding me back. You mentioned Navy and brown as alternatives to black for sentiments. I also use a deep purple. I like the idea of using the rays stencil as a sunset/Sunrise. Peach pink yellow :) The 4-fer is great for creating a gift set. I have a few people on my list who enjoy receiving sets from me, with envelopes and stamps. I like the idea of the set coordinating. This looks far less intimidating than the big one for some reason. Now I’m definitely much more interested in it! I saw they had a summit sale but just couldn’t commit to the big one. I love how well you filled in the full sheet of cardstock! Each one looked a little different which could give you a 4pc note card set for a cool gift!

Hmmmm, I don't want to want it... but I want it. I haven't used my Stencils 360 very much, but it mainly is mostly because of the size. I loved the cards you made with it. I especially liked how you stenciled all over the 8.5 x 11 cardstock panel and cut it into 4 cards. For the Chrismas one ... well it didn't read Christmas to me, but it was pretty and would make a great spring card :) (I am not ready to think about Christmas cards yet!)

I love the motion in these cards that you got with your choice of color and the random placement of your little explosions in the larger piece of cardstock. Will any stencil work in this great gadget, or must you use Penguin Palace stencils?

With the original tool, there is an easy way to use 6 inch square stencils. Not all square stencils will make a pleasing pattern if you turn them, but many will. I need to think about how it could work with this smaller edition. Thanks for watching!

I saw the tool on the Summit. I'm so happy that you are giving another great video on it. All the cards are awesome! My favorite is the Christmas snowflake one too. The versatility of the stencils is great -saving money and making use of a product in more than 1 way. I don't own this tool nor the original one. Which one would you recommend if you can only get 1 of them? I also love the Technique Junkies stamp! Thank you for sharing your talents!

It really depends on what you want to use it for. This one is definitely good for smaller designs, but if you are a scrapbooker or want to make home decor items, the original may be better for you. Thanks so much for watching!

Now I have a familiar crafters dilemma. I already HAVE the original, but rarely use it because it can be unwieldy. So do I add the small one to my collection? I love that it comes with a nice zipper case.

The original definitely takes up a lot more space. I guess the good news is that any 4 and 6 inch stencils you already have can still be used with this smaller tool, if you decide that's the right thing to do. Thanks so much for watching!
