What is Risk?
Risk is a strategy board game of diplomacy, conflict and conquest for two to six players. Players may form and dissolve alliances during the course of the game. The main goal in the standard version is to conquer every territory on the map and in doing so, eliminate the other players.

Could you make a Video on how to Deal with stucked Situations in which every player is holding a continent and is Just stacking up? I have to deal with it alot especially in higher rank plays against m's and gm's By the way, great tutorials, keep it up 👍

Just wanted to say if you want to win in classic risk, and have the opportunity to select territories, select at least 3 of the 4 territories of SA. Unlike australia, you can easily invade africa, and have a choke point from invasions from NA. If you play right you can gain 2 continents in a couple of rounds, unlike australia whose only access to the rest of the world is Asia, a giant slaughter house for troops. If africa fails to be conquered you can always attack NA. After you take Africa or NA invade europe to get the troop bonus from Europe. At this point you are the strongest player in the game.

Sigh you have players that suicide for Australia but I get players that suicide on me just because they are mad that I don’t suicide on their enemies for them.w. What do I do about these players (I play with only expert rank players and higher) these players made me lose my grandmaster ranking. Btw I use almost the extract strategy as your but not as adaptable as you as which continent I should go for. Thanks once again for your videos😀

Thank you for watching! 😁 Nothing really you can do about it I guess, players suicide on me too. Recently I wiped South American player troops out of Asia, so he would become blocked in SA... He got extremely mad, combined all of his troops to one big army and suicided on me, expert rank player, he got 6th place and I've got 5th. Some players are just psychopaths, doesn't matter what rank they are.... Well, the best advice probably would be to observe the players and see/guess how adequate they are. If players seems to do crazy attacks, when it's the best to try staying away from them as much as possible, letting the dirty work to be done by other players if possible. It's just advice in overall. But in your case, if players are mad that you don't suicide on their enemies for them, maybe just don't make alliances with the players at all (unless you see it's really needed) so they won't get or at least shouldn't get mad about that, since they cannot even tell you to attack someone if you're not allied; or maybe consider playing without alliances at all? Idk if that helps 🤔🤔

Actually it does help thanks😀.I always make alliances with every player I can so I can communicate with them because unfortunately with the new updates that’s the only way to communicate with other players but I guess that was a mistake because some players take alliances too seriously and expect you to do retarded things for them I will adapt this to my strategy. @@thejuicymop8128 Sometimes it actually pays to use tricks to appear less strong so players dont kamakazi you. If you have that problem, try not going to a continent right away. Build a sizable army in the continent you want and don't rush tryin to get it. Wait for other players to appear larger before you go for it slowly. Another thing is over protecting your borders. If you amass an intimidating force right on the border of a scared little continent holder, they are not going to stare inevitable death in the maw and watch your army build larger than they can defend against, so they think they may as well get the attack bonus and try to "go down fighting" by attacking you first. Build more forces on a territory touching your border(s) so you can respond with a vengeance if required but doesnt make the neighboring player scared you're about to take them out at all times. If you have a problem of people ganging up on you in the late-middle of the game, a trick often used is dividing your huge armies so people dont see 135 troops on a single territory and think holy fuck someone needs to do something about that guys resources and try to break one of your continents. These are situational and not all continents should be played the same way, and not all players should be played the same way, but they can be helpful tips for avoiding being the primary target of knee-jerk players.

What am I missing? Wtf is it that "works"? I don't at all see what strategy was being demonstrated...unless it was first making, then reneging and breaking alliances... then hoping that the other players do your fighting for you. That was all I saw happening. That might work for this one game. But I have to figure it would cost you in the future, since now everyone knows you can't be counted on as an ally in any future game.

A good strat is to stack troops in China and India (or Siam if possible) to trap the Australian player. Then you can get cards while the Australian player is stuck
