Use Twitch Channel Points to SAFELY Let Viewers Play YouTube Videos

The question was: "How do I let users submit KZbin URLs to automatically play on my stream?"
My initial response? AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! But! I've created a safe way to let your moderators pre-approve videos and then play them if appropriate.
Let me know if you'd like to see an automated (straight to stream, no approval) version of this for VIPs or other types of users (such as Tier 3s.)
