I am confused. Can this play a regular storyline course uploaded via zip file or jsut a quiz?

Yes, it can play both slides as well as quiz based courses.

The only thing that I don't understand is how to convert all my xAPI course to lessons in Learndash. Using xAPI it turns my entire course to one lesson in LearnDash. or I can assign a xAPI content to a particular lesson. but what if my xAPI content is a entire course, can Glassblade break that down to lessons in learnDash? or should we call courses as "lessons" in articulate and then import one by one?

Importing lessons separately one by one is only solution. GrassBlade doesn't break the lessons automatically.

why am getting error in the processing part of the upload of XAPI content? eventually showing HTTP Error. Thank you

Happens when the file is large and server limits the upload. Your server limits need to be increased. Or you can use the Dropbox upload method or Bulk upload method.

2:48 I didn't like that ''select content button'', if i have more than 300 uploaded content on xAPI, how am I supposed to easily find the xApi/scorm that I want to use?

I haven't seen complaints so far from users with thousands of content. If you are facing issue please send a support ticket and we will check what best can be done.
