Thank you. I’m 8 months post break up now and whilst I’ve shifted so much in my SC and on some days when I can feel the I AM shining through, I’ve notice things happen, such as being winked at by a random guy or other guys messaging me after a year of not hearing from them, but it’s never my SP. I dont know why he’s not coming through and others are. He has been in contact once but this was months ago now, but then I got ghosted. Other than that - nothing. He will ask a friend how I’m doing if she sees him out but nothing direct. I’ll keep on working on the SC. I just can’t seem to stay in the I AM mode for long. A day or two and then my blooming ego gets the better of me and pulls me back in. 😢 I am pleased for you. Love hearing success stories x

I absolutely love your channel!!! 5 months ago I broke off a relationship with the most amazing girl I've ever met in my life because I thought she was "crazy". She was wild and fiery, emotional at times even irrational but so, so far from being crazy and she told me she fell in love with me the moment that we met. Turns out it was me who was completely shut off and emotionally unavailable and couldn't let my guard down and be vulnerable or let her in so she could love me which is all she wanted to do. I had this situationship with a guy from my past for 4 months. Initially he was like so fucking into me.. making me feel so special and making me feel like he was in love literally. But the moment I fell for me i started feeling him drawing away..i got so fucking desperate always texting him calling him expecting commitment from him when he clearly said he doesn't want a relationship but would get intimate in messages. So i finally hit the limit and unfriended him cause he kept ignoring my calls and messages and now I've let him go completely. Honestly i really still love him and ofc want him to apologize and make up with me but I've let him go cause at the same time i don't want someone who wanted everything with me but didn't have any plans to commit or make efforts for me. Yes it (checking their socials) does do something in the short term at least, it proves they're a player and you can walk away without feeling pain. If you don't then you'll think YOU were wrong to cut them off based only on assumptions (that they - the narc claims), and feel pity for them for months, sad, maybe you were wrong to cut them off... where does that get you? Better to know the truth, have it hurt instantly and move on fast. Your thing only works IF everything's going well and both people are honest and authentic. Dealing with an avoidant you have to find proof so you can stop being taken for a ride when they come back for the 5th time. Other than that, yes.... forget them and work on yourself.

What if i told you im watching this partially because you look like her?? Ive been doing the things you talked about. Training 4days a week and running 2. My studies will start soon and that will also take priority. Dressing up and going out with the boys. Not looking at her insta or reading our past conversations. Its been 2months and she is still on my mind. We had a very comfortable and genuine connection from the beginning, we’ve only dated for like 6months and during this time i was making progress in so many areas of my life i felt on top of the world. This sounds like my situation. Keep training, I've smashed the gym, picked up bjj and I signed up for a half marathon so I have something to train for. I still have love for her and allow myself to manifest her when I feel like it, but also let it go because life's too short to focus on one person.
