Use Your Envelopes #1: Bagalopes for Treats, Gifts or Luminaries

OK, so if you are making treats, gifts or luminaries, you may want to go right from paper to project. But, if you have a lot of extra envelopes around and want to use them up, maybe bagalopes are the way to go!
They can be fun, elegant or downright spooky!
This is the first in a series of three videos that have some ideas on how to use up those extra envelopes sitting around.
