I’ve always been fascinated by the concept of human potential and the mind-body connection. Time and time again, I’ve seen that mindset is a defining factor in how successful my patients are on their healing journey. The mind-body connection is a powerful one, so much so that there are numerous reports of spontaneous remission of chronic pain and diseases when people change their headspace. How we think and feel creates our state of being. Digging into our subconscious thoughts and beliefs and redefining how we see our future can have real, long-lasting impacts on our physical health.
I was so excited to sit down with Dr. Joe Dispenza to talk about his work in mind-body medicine, helping people overcome their biggest obstacles and form new, healthy, limitless lives. Dr. Joe’s passion can be found at the intersection of the latest findings from the fields of neuroscience, epigenetics, and quantum physics to explore the science behind spontaneous remissions. He uses that knowledge to teach people how to heal their bodies of health conditions, make significant changes in their lives, and evolve their consciousness.
This episode is brought to you by Rupa Health, BiOptimizers, and Athletic Greens.

I have never heard anyone speak at length about healing your body with your mind, but I know I did it twice as a child before my mind was contaminated. At age 6, I cut off my finger (in a very mysterious accident in which they never figured how it happened). My finger was literally connected by about 1/4" of skin, if that much. Rushed to my doctor's office, he sewed it back on. I overheard my doctor tell my mom that I would likely lose my finger to gangrene. At 6 years old, I had no idea what gangrene was, but I clearly recall being determined to save my finger. I clearly recall holding a strong image of a healed finger in my mind. I was positive, focused. I exercised my finger. I just did these things naturally without being told what to do. When we went back to get my bandages removed, my doctor was flabbergasted. He totally expected a rotten finger, but it was healing, instead. I still recall his reaction, the smells of the doctor's office, and the joy of knowing I saved my finger... 64 years ago. This video deals with rewiring the brain from bad thought patterns to use the power of mind for healing... but if I could manifest that amazing healing then, I can manifest healing now. Great tips on settling down the mind. This video is a huge reminder of the power of my mind!

This is perfect information and advice. My life has been saved by grasping and expanding this type of consciousness; it wasn't easy to believe in this type of coherence. As he says. But the power of the body/mind/5th dimension/god/and how to deal with this corrupted human society is real and marvellous once you 'catch on' and this includes knowing history, studying diseases, and getting to the miracle of exercise/oxygen OUTSIDE 3 hrs per day, PLANTS as medicine and find the normal mentors who don't burn you out... etc. The second human heart exists in the calves of the legs - it's the second heart in the body -- how important learning not to sit is! The second brain is the GI tract. (Not that you asked.) The mind is a monkey as Hyman says, but true religious peace and prayers and suffering gladly or helping others is stronger than anyone knows who hasn't tried.

@@danakahn202 The good doctor said, "Mental rehearsal installs neurological hardware in your brain to look like you already did it." ... "The process of overcoming is the process of becoming." There are many techniques to help us take those steps; now I ask for inner guidance. Then the information I need to get well starts flowing to me in different ways. That to me is a huge part of the process... it's not a miracle like when I was a kid, but the key is asking, then listening, trusting, and following that inner guidance. Wishing you the best in the New Year with much improved help, too.

My moment of health crisis came. I purposely and decisively went with the simple, utter faith of a child with Jeremiah 32:27. ("Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is anything too hard for me?" --- I prayed that verse over and over and responded, "Nothing is too hard for you. You can heal me, LORD, you have my blueprint.") My hand tremors and neurological issues disappeared, my legs got stronger, my inflammation and aches went away. Then I did my part .... I got off processed sugars, commercial snacks, and am eating healthy and feeling wonderful.

Hmm, I'm not sure that is true or fair. Perhaps they complain because they are ill for a long time and it is hard? I think it is easy for those who have good health to imagine all sorts of things about people who aren't well. It hurts to read things like this when I have been struggling with my health for so many years. I am sure if people knew how to change their health for the better and let go of blockages to healing, they would . Blessings to you.. and to all who struggle.

Ever since I started feeling unwell I isolated myself from everyone as I just feel like a burden and broken person. Honestly though, I dont think they “like” their disease 🙄 thats just absurd. Maybe theyre crying out for help maybe talking about it all the time and getting sympathy makes them feel better in a way and use it as a way to cope. If youve never been in chronic pain or ill then dont talk for them. You have no idea clearly how lonely and mentally crippling feeling sick and in pain all the time is. Your comment is a bit insensitive.

This is literally the message Jesus was giving. So many times he said " your faith has made you well." Letting them know their 6th sense is the power of the mind. Romans 12:1-3 is about RENEWING the mind as Gods perfect will. LITERALLY teaching us that rewiring our minds to perfect peace is life itself. James chapter 1 tells us to count it all joy so we will be perfect, complete lacking nothing. How Peter walked on water because he relaxed in the moment and his mind was pure spirit in that moment. This was a beautiful video and love how its all connected to the creator of the universe.

In march 2021 I had a brain surgery to remove a grade 4 AVM and since I’ve lost the ability to use my left arm and leg. I was paralyzed in that half of my body and face for months but have been slowly regaining strength and movement back (though very irregular) since then. I spent the entire time since then up until a few months ago in and out of the hospital and rehab. Now, I can walk with an aid, the movement in my face is back to normal, but I am not (yet) able to use my left arm to do anything with. Today my mom showed this video to me to watch and I’m now more inspired and motivated to work though this recovery than I’ve ever been and I’m genuinely beyond grateful and excited to get through this!! (and hopefully inspire others while I’m at it!) so thank you so much, this is genius 🙏

Threw all of this I have managed to completely let go of all the bitterness and sadness of a previous relationship, lost 30lbs, and obtained a clear vision of the future that helps guide the day by making you conscious of old habits and gives you the will and ability to break them.

15 years ago my legs began getting weaker and weaker. Along with that, my neck had very little mobility. The other day, a lifetime of family issues rose to the surface. In the middle of my expressing my feelings, I heard a huge “snap” in my neck and I was able to whip my neck back and forth with ease. I have felt the energy flowing down my spine, in the past few days. I am anticipating with great excitement (actually seeing it… NOW!) the energy flowing into my legs. These two guys have been so key to my healing for the past decade. Love them! One thing that I have a difference in opinion is that being sick is genuinely the quickest way to NOT get attention. Get sick and you will get the least amount of attention you ever got in your life, and eventually, friends and family members drop off one by one due to your new found life on the couch which becomes a buzzkill! Trust me folks if you want attention, don't get sick! lol I don't know anyone who likes attention from being sick unless there is something off mentally, but I get what he is saying with the identification thing. One does start to identify unknowingly after a decade. But making and seeing who your real friends are is eye-opening. And now just recently was diagnosed with a difficult cancer and I have only told my close family members and a few good friends. I DO NOT want that attention or to be looked at like I'm a victim or to be felt sorry for. But still love this interview. IT'S AMAZING!!

I realized that I didn't have to get angry ,complain and argue with my boss and then call back 45 minutes later to apologize. What a relief. Then later on I realized I needed to stop taking my bad moods out on others. Then I learned not to be in a bad mood and to be patient, helpful and kind .It works great . However I think anxiety is a much larger beast and often requires professional help ,lifestyle changes and even medications.

I just had the conversation and I stood my ground, gained self respect, and most importantly changed a pattern in my behavior, brain and body. My body was shaking and I cried (afterward). I brought awareness to the unsafe feeling. Then I consciously felt a feeling of safety and embodied safety in that moment, all during and after walking it out in my life. All that to say - this is one example of how Dr. Joes formula and work helped me change my life. Thank you so much for sharing it and helping me :)

@detraxop6680 with the meditations from Dr Joe "the Formula ". I watched and wroted down all the thoughts and emotions I had about Hepatitis C. (That it cannot be healed, all the memories about the tattoo I made decades ago :when I get Hepatitis C, all informations I read about it, all the thoughts about the future with it) ....so I watched the person I was with the diagnosis and I did the medications (blessing the energy centers and those of the Formula) and surrendered all these thoughts to the divine mind. I did this for 6 months every day. When thoughts came up "that it wouldn't be possible " or similar, I didn't fight these thoughts. I wrote them down for the next meditation. And I wrote the thoughts of the new person wich is healed. After a few months I reached this tipping point where I knew that it was done....I simply knew it. I also listened to Dr Joe every day. Every thing is possible. Observe the thoughts which are not in alignment with this first. I am a normal person. If I can do it, everyone can😘. Good luck for all of you.

This CD has three separate relaxation/meditation sessions on it kzbin.infoUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq guided by a very pleasant and direct male voice. Unlike so many other products of its type, this CD does not have bad synthesizer music, does not feature a phony or affected style of narration, and does not make any bogus claims to be subliminal or to re-train the brain or any of that balderdash. What you get is 1. a guided meditation for getting into a pleasantly relaxed state of body awareness while taking a stroll (superb for those easing back into a fitness routine slowly after an illness or injury) 2. A nice long breath-awareness relaxation session that if followed diligently can put you into very deep states of full-body relaxation and mental calmness, and 3. a buddhist-inspired meditation session designed to help you develop and maintain feelings of loving kindness toward not just yourself and your friends, but toward people you don't even like. The CD makes no claims to be designed for advanced meditators or for buddhists or hindus/yoga practitioners looking for very deep and esoteric stuff. It is geared more toward the average person who just wants to develop the habit of relaxation and stress relief through natural, healthy means. him, if you happen to be reading this, keep up the good work fella, and I love your accent. I would also like to note that I have never fallen asleep while listening to this product. I would like to kindly suggest to the reviewer who said this CD makes him fall asleep, that he might want to get checked to see if he has a sleep disorder, or if he is simply not setting aside ample time for restful sleep at night. A healthy person getting adequate rest at night should be able to go into deep states of mental relaxation without dozing off, if not all the time, then most of the time.

Just watched various Dr. Joe Dispenza’s podcasts the last few days for the first time I noticed my constant horrible tinnitus somehow soften, no where to bother me... Let’s go to work on my worst enemy thoughts against myself Also to clear the drawers of so many supplements! Thank you a million Dr. Dispenza! I feel the Universe really heard me when I had a thought that I need a mentor to straighten my head and attitudes ❤️❤️❤️

This is the best of Joe Dispenza in one sitting. Awesome. And Mark gets more into it when we get into the actual science and medicine.

I was dx with seronegative RA after a very rough 2 year period. NOTHING was helping, to include biologics. I had my filshy(sp?) clips removed and started working on my “issues.” I am now on zero meds. I may have a slight flare when the seasons change but I’m a work in progress. Also I’ve seen my kidney function begin to improve!

Growing herbs and learning about tinctured/her broths instead of loose teas, except for matcha (normal tsp. p d.) and cod liver oil a.m. and p.m. begins the magic.

I am almost 80 years old and my lungs are shot due to smoking at an earlier age and my brain is in a fig most of the time. I never thought I would live this long but I am living in depression most of the time. I am going to try the things Joe has said. I hope I will be able to tell you it worked when I'm 90!

Way to go!!👍 I'm so impressed when someone of your âge, IS listening to provoquing thoughts liké those, and willing to try to change....👏 I find that listening to thé méditations with earphones, works very well for keeping me fully immersed in thé process, and forgetting my inner negativ chatter . I firmly believe that because i'm already starting to feel changes despite me thinking :"I don't do this well..." It's thé everyday répétition, even without rapide résults, that Does it... Good practice✨, and don't forget to have faith 😉 sending you support and faith in you!

When i hear this, i also think about the concept that if you smile in a mirror while speaking to someone on the phone, it changes the dinamic of how you're demeanor is recieved then in turn you follow suit. Everyone included just boost their serotonin and they arent thinking any negativity n they end the call feeling good whether they know each other or not.

Dr. Joe’s work has helped me to pull through so much healing in my back. The old me..2 failed back surgeries, 50 plus steroid injections, stem cells and an internal spinal cord stimulator. I continue to get better with this work.

I love Joe and Bruce's teachings. Persistence is key to reprogramming and something I need to constantly remind myself of. I practice meditation and what I call waking meditation which is simply awareness. But as creators or gods with amnesia, our program in this physical manifestation we call the world, has by default a 40 day lag. It is represented in Biblical stories such as the exodus from Egypt which represents the world, the flood and the temptation of Jesus in the desert. The 40 day buffer protects us from instantaneously creating a reality we do not want. If I have tragedy in my life and desire death, the 40 day buffer protects me from my emotional whims. We can through proper intention and a higher frequency, master the process and shorten this buffer time substantially, but it is through replacing the inner programs of fear and doubt to love and faith. There is so much wisdom in these vids, I thank people like Mark Hyman and Joe Dispenza for taking the time and effort to make this wisdom available to the general public and thus making the world a better place one person at a time.
