Thank you for yet another great video brother!! Reflecting on my journey so far, I see that I’ve had some degree of self-awareness since my teenagehood, as I’ve always been interested in studying psychology - however, back then I always had an issue of ‘okay, I realize this and that, but what exactly should I do about it?’ Learning about practical tools (and how to apply them) from different sources including your videos (thanks again ❤) made all the difference. Also I loved the architect+builder architect analogy!!

@@evolvewithmarcello Great question :) Besides breath work and daily meditation that help me stay grounded (I’ve been slacking off on yoga and will definitely be getting back on track again - yoga’s been an amazing tool to calm my sympathetic nervous system), I recently learned about RAIN meditation tool that I’d like so start implementing: R = recognize what is happening / what your current feelings are A = allow your feelings, emotions and experience just to be as is I = investigate and analyze N = nurture with love and self-compassion
