Is there a license plate mount and how does that work with a scooter or wheelchair on the lift?

There is a license plate extender that fits on the motor for the lift. It will extend up past the top of the lift where you mount your tag. In the state of Florida you don't need them along with some other states but there are states where its law to have your tag being shown. You can google the list to see if you reside in one of those states. If you are buying just the extender, they are expensive. Did you purchase the lift from us?

My truck is higher in the back which causes my lift to not completely hit the ground how can it be ajusted

There are some adjustments where the lift meets the swingaway if you have one. You may need a drop down depending on how short it is from being flat on the ground. What is the hitch height from the ground to the inside bottom part of your receiver? Also, is it the AL-301XL you have on the truck?

Will this work on my Toyota Sienna mini van? I have a 2 inch hitch?

It would depend on the tongue weight of the vehicle and the weight of the unit that would be going on the lift. The lift with the swing away weights in at 145lbs. Now you take that and add the weight of the unit that is going on the lift. If that weight is under the tongue weight for the vehicle, you are good to go.
