I'm close to jumping on the wagon and picking these up, but I can't help but think there will be a drastically improved model coming out the next day, with 4k and less weight, better image, faster refresh rate, etc. There's absolutely room for improvement and they are still in the early stages of development and product generations, and I don't think I can afford to keep upgrading them at these prices.

I watch 4K on my TV and monitor, and the specs make me reach for it more. So I don’t miss it. Actually 75 grams and well balanced is quite nice. There will be improvements over the next few years but you can always sell yours on eBay or similar. I traded in my XReal Airs for the Air 2 Pro’s for a good price. The waiting game is never ending.

What is your experience about eye strain? Does long hours hurt eyes?

I have been using this for work for long hours and back to back movies when I travel or multiple KZbin videos, no problems for me .

I tried the Nreal Air and Xreal Pro but for productivity they are useless. If he would not get paid for this review, I bet he would not talk so good about it. I have send them back instantly. Now I have the Viture Pro which are way better.

I paid for all the products showcased. Xreal didn’t ever get in touch with me let alone pay for a review. I am sorry you didn’t like them. Viture neckbands are good for me. I haven’t used their specs because I like my XReals, but I understand that everybody’s mileage varies.
