It’s so sweet watching the pups play❤ bought those for Otis years ago. So exciting about the bathroom 🎉🎉I cannot wait! He’s afraid of it.😂😂 we had ice and snow yesterday not too much but enough to become a problem if it wasn’t salted. I did a walk with me video in the home, and I puttered around the house, cleaned my car and shoveled around my car, even though the townhouse that I own does the spots it’s easier sometimes just to shovel your own out, and I’m still capable of doing it at 74 😊even though my youngest daughter thinks I’m not😮 today’s another day. It is Friday early morning and I praise God that I woke up healthy so far and he gave me another day. That’s all I asked for.🙏 I understand why your mom wants to stay in her own home. I’m the same way until I can’t stay in here anymore. I plan on it. Have a blessed day and stay safe, my friend always a pleasure watching you me and Otis, Massachusetts.

I would like to age in place too. We'll see what the future holds in store. I will be so happy when my house gets back to normal. It's been tough lately but this too shall pass 🙏

Hi Ellen, glad you had a visit with your Mom. We had a small birthday celebration today for my daughter-the 33 years have gone by so quickly. Those pillows look like they were made for your chair, very nice. I loved seeing Lizzy and Bandit playing-so sweet. Thank you for sharing. Ps, the only snow I see is on your videos, it is beautiful but I am not a fan of the cold weather since I am older now. Enjoy your evening.

I wouldn't miss the snow. It is beautiful when it first Falls but then quickly turns gray and brown. I'm not a fan of the cold either but my family is here so here I'll stay.

Ellen i ran errands all day do nothing done at home today but yesterday i sanded and put primer on a bathroom vanity so my plan is to get all 3 bathroom vanities done by next week is my goal then my focus is on the kitchen . it seems the projects never end 😂 doesn’t it ? i am taking the rest of this week off to enjoy family time and let my arm heal i had been to the derm dr and had 2 cancerous moles taken off . so i go back in 6 months again . i spent today ugh hair appt wasn’t cheap highlights trim and style 155 . not counting tip .

I like shopping at Aldi's. I know where everything is and it's not so overwhelming. Marc's stores aren't Nationwide I don't think.

Glad to hear your contrator will start on the basement bathroom soon. It will be exciting to see the new faucets you pick out and the vanity as well. I like the massage pillows better too. Love those puppies.

The new pillows are the perfect color for my chair. I hope what I picked out for the bathroom will look good. I'm sure it will be fine. I wasn't planning on redoing anything in that bathroom until the water leak. Then it became a necessity unfortunately.

I really like their Vermont Country Blend. It's a very smooth, medium blend coffee. Just right. 😍

I just wanted to add, Otis is a Wheaten Cairn Terrier who just turned 8 on January 15th. And Lizzie could be his sister.❤

Lizzy is a cross breed poodle and Chihuahua. Wheaten Terriers are adorable

It's 39 degrees here, they're saying it might rain 🌧️ later. I'm going to go get my groceries tomorrow. Before it snows Monday and Tuesday. I have an uncle and an aunt with the flu bug , so I am being anti social for awhile.

Yes it's best to stay away from sick people this time of the year. I have to be extra careful because I don't want to give it to my 95 year old mother. It could be very disastrous for her. Enjoy your shopping expedition
