I quit gw2 4 years ago, and have done almost everything. With 19+ legendaries across 2 accounts, essentially maxed fractals, $1000+ spent on gem stuff, had an account hacked and banned, made many roaming, gvg, and streaming videos, ran wvw’s as a commander, had close guild friends leave, and eventually indefinitely quit... yet this game always keeps calling me back... I get massive nostalgia and a part of me wishes I didn’t have to experience the fall, or quit video games. I appreciate this video, because you revitalize and invite all players into a game that has had so much impact to me. Thank you.

UPDATE: Due to getting smashed with requests to join "The Bone Zone" and constantly removing inactive players to invite more people. We are at 500/500 active players, and quite frankly.. I hate having to turn people away. We just made a second guild "The Bone Zone: Second Wind" We're working on leveling up the perks in that guild to match the first one, so it isn't "as good" yet, but we're working on it. You can resume asking me for invites if you wish (until we are at 1000/1000 lawl) and we can fill that guild up too.

Great job mate. I'm a bit of a shy and anti-social guy with the deep wish to be part from something big but sadly duo to the first 2 things i found myself leaving mmorpgs a lot over the years from WoW to SWTOR and here i'm falling in love with GW2 but loneliness start to strike again . I wanna ask as F2P ( wanna get the xpacs but with that outbreak i'm jobless from 2 months so i'm not so sure ) player atm do i need really a guild or guild will benefit me more if i get the xpacs .

@@mihaelvulchev7003 Guild will give same benefits with or without xpacs. Certain guild HALLS are only accessible with expansions, but if the guild in question built their hall in the right places, then free to play players can access them just fine.

Hero point trains are great, but take a good bit of time. You can do the easier ones solo and buy the few remaining ones in WvW or, I believe, PvP using tokens.

To scribing i have to say: it's expensive to max, and only really good for decorating guild halls. BUT it's THE best if you want to refine materials, since it's (i think) the only discipline that uses everything: ore wood cloth leather, even both copper/bronze and platinum/darksteel. and turning resonating slivers into fragments (or even higher) is usefull and potentially profitable

Just to inform you, the NPC's inside the guild hall are off limits to anyone that doesn't own either the HoT or PoF expansions based on guild hall used. The nodes however can be interacted with. I found this out not too long ago.

i've watched a video that tought me about the RIBA way of making easy and quick gold and also advised for lvl 60 players to suit up with full rare toughness+vitality gear and head there just to tag along, make money and quickly lvl up to 80. I tried that and got completly lost and couldn't keep up since i don't own the expansions and everyone were racing around on mounts xD i felt so silly runing around trying to keep up, but quickly gave up on that and just got back exploring :p

Good video, i joind wvw and just ran around til i got ganked. Then a commander joined in so i just followed him, within 5 minutes we were a goon squad. We got wiped and then came back and wiped them. Its really fun but i lag with all the people around.

The endgame in gw2 is cosmetics since the stats are capped at a maximum. Either you spend a week to get (playing 24/7 ish) to get tier 2 gear or you spend months to get tier 1 gear. Game is gorgeous tho. But unfortunately it lacks the ongoing grind for better gear that lets you progress whatever you do faster.

Buffs from the guild bartender are permanent now until I choose another one? That`s quite new, isn`t it? I knew those buffs with a 24 hour timer. Oh, and many thanks for these interesting links in the description.

I got it from the gem store, it was like 100 gems or something? So I spent some gold on it, it comes up periodically (the stuff on the gem store is on a rotation) it's called "wizard's hat"

If you are trying to create a guild from scratch, the wiki says (I had to look it up) its a level 80 quest, so I do not believe so until you level up. You can, of course, join any existing guild and utilize their benefits until you get there though.
