That didn’t sound grungy at all to me, that actually sounded like something good like 70’s punk-garage noise. There are way way more really fuckin good non-grunge bands that come out of the Northwest. Unfortunately, a couple of lukewarm bands ( who shall remain nameless) at best got the grunge tag from some coke up rock critic who thought he’d hit a goldmine, got the lame bands a whole lot of attention and money for a fad style that spread around for a couple years and thankfully died away.
