So upon playing this game since release, I stumbled upon some interesting things my friends and I share with each other just as a "did you know?" kind of thing. Some may not really useful in combat or exploration to know, but they were just things that we found interesting to note. Some of these are things you can do for fun or things you can take advantage of when fighting strong monsters. Enjoy!

Actually, his autos transform his weapon into a geo spear at points, visible with elemental sight. That along with other parts of his kit and his signature weapon all point to him originally being a hybrid/geo damage main carry.

Useless fact again: Fischl has 5 sequence basic atk, and starting from the second sequence, she will start giggling and posing everytime she unequips her bow. Each sequence has different chuuni-ish pose

As a lore Maniac, the ruin guard part actually make me smile since this shows that the Ruin Guards are machines that detect movements instead of visuals knowing that they doesn't have some sort of vision-part and the thing on their head seems like a core. I'm happy that MiHoYo actually give some monsters their own quirks of A.I instead all of the same

@@Arichiiii yeah, Ruin Hunter definetly feel like the upgraded version of Ruin Guard, not just some kind of another edition. it seems that the Abyss Order actually make Ruin Hunter a counter for those who wield the Geo-Vision that's capable to create a Geo-Construct. and also if u put the Ruin Guard on top of a Geo Construct, they just froze. it seems that they need some sort of contact with the actual land instead of just a sold-surface to fight. I think this is just a reminder of how Zhong Li won the Archon War thousand of years ago, as a for his people, he is the greatest protector and as his enemy he is an opponent that u need full preparation to even do any damage to him (well, while he has his Gnosis at least)

I'd say it's because Ningguang's Jade Screen summoning shows off an elegant vibe. MCs just throws their hands down, Zhongli gives off an impactful and badass vibe, and Albedo just slaps the floor. I guess the only one who should receive claps apart from Ningguang would be Zhongli.

Here's another useless information : Different body type has different way of holding weapon in the character screen. Eg : bennett and male traveler have the same height, so they have the same weapon holding pose. Another is mona, barbara and sucrose, both of them have the same catalyst pose in the character weapon screen. Ningguang & lisa too.

Keqing is one of the unique characters that has attacks involving her instantly sheathing away her weapon after finishing the animation instead of idling while wielding them. Xingqiu and Tartaglia are the only ones that pulls out their weapon as part of their idle animation, before sheating them away in the same manner. Edit : As of 1.3 Update, Kaeya joins alongside Xingqiu and Tartaglia with their weapon inspect idle animation.

to be honest that information of yours in Sucrose normal attacks with e burst of characters a lot of people don't know that. It's strange people underestimate Sucrose too much when they have a Venti. Venti can't even do that lol

This did work with all the characters for me before even being able to switch characters during as long as I kept basic attacking. Its how I got everywhere without keaya or mc e skill added to ice. My apologies I should've checked again before saying I have no idea when this got fixed.

If you jump on top of a cooking camp fire just right you can spam basic attack and charged attack without falling off. I do this to pass time while I wait for people to join domains. XD

If u climb with bennett, his animation when u climb (jump) near the edge is different. When a characters burst is ready, their vision will shine and switching to them will temporarily show their element signs. Another useless info, if u go near a pick-up item (like that mushroom thing on houses), ur character will look at it. Edit: i saw a comment about fischls laugh so i deleted it.

Thank you much for this! The sucrose one was especially helpful. I'm glad my sucrose exp material investment wasn't a waste. I never used beidou tbh since I don't like claymore/greatsword/mace users so I never imagined that. I already knew about xingqui but I never thought it will activate for ranged characters. Once I get him, I'll totally make my second team with sucrose dps.

Did you know that for the magical sheathing animation, if the weapon is infused with a certain element(ex. Keqing with her double e skill), the particle effect color also changes. For Keqing, it will be dark purple or something while the usual is light yellow. I haven't tried this, but I think Chongyun's e skill and Bennet's ult at C6 will also have different particle effect

When xinyan jumps or sprints, her musical instrument in her back makes sound.. the tools packs packs on bennet hip also makes sound when you move. I really like the realistic sounds when the chars move. Also, since girls have wider hips and their run animations are pretty cute , check out xinyan, sucrose or other female chars with similar height to them movement animations, it will be fun to see hu tao’s movement since she has pancake.. 😳

Barbara has really fast elemental attacks and can take advantage of Oz to spam electro reactions, which works really well against unshielded enemies and ruin guards. When enemies are close together, they all get shocked by the chaining electro effect.
