Today, I'd like to talk to you about red light. This is my second video on the topic. In previous content, I've discussed the health benefits of red light and have made an effort in my daily life to expose myself to more red light to harness its biological effects. However, for many of us living in cities, opportunities to be exposed to red light are limited because the primary source of free red light is the sun. How many of us actually take the time to soak up the sun? So, like you, I spend my days working indoors, writing at home indoors, and the only chance I get to be exposed to red light is during my motorcycle commute, and that's only on sunny days. Therefore, I've acquired a small LED red light panel to compensate for the lack of exposure. Much like my vitamin supplements, I believe it can serve as an effective complementary measure.
