These nepotism stories remind me of when I went to high school with the local sheriff's daughter, who thought she was invincible because of her daddy. Come election night she was sweating because she'd made a lot of enemies. Her daddy got reelected so she was safe for four more years. Last I heard of her she was in jail on drug charges.

Screenshot everything from your end, CC copies to HR, BCC them to yourself off-site, and get ready to discuss things with an employment rights lawyer if you do get fired. Also, 4:40 is the money-shot of all screenshots, as the director has admitted *in writing* that he is deliberately going against the best interests of the company AND implying retaliatory actions against employees who speak out against it. (As was the "you're being moved far away because you DARED to talk to the director's daughter" threat from earlier...but this one shows it's not just the person who speaks up, but ANYONE else, as an employee-cowing threat. Very much illegal, folks!)

At 27:46, definitely screenshot that confession because the director just freely admitted to evidence tampering...and definitely CC those ongoing screenshots to the CEO or company owner as well as to HR, and BCC them also to an off-site location...and definitely consult an employment rights attorney. VERY few people are "related to the CEO" etc etc, but you can still fight for your legal rights against retaliatory actions & threats!

My grandpa is terrifying when he is angry, I have thankfully never been on the reciving end of that, only saw it used on others who very much deserved it. It takes a lot to get him there but if you do, run as fast and as far as you can. He is an amazing grandpa and helped my mom raise both me and my younger sister from the same mom and even is super nice and sweet with your other siblings from our dads even though they are not related to him. Definitely a man to aspirer to be like.

So many things wrong with this story: first when this David guy wanted the other guy to move to a different location WHY didn't the higher ups want to know why? and why was the brat daughters purse in the MEN's break room? and not the women's break room? It's disgusting how people think just because mommy or daddy is one of the bosses they have the right to treat others like crap. I hate nepotism.
