“User Experience Fishbowl” with Carsten Lützen

This Liberating Structure is designed to help share experiences from a group of “experts” to a broader group. Trying to create a small safe space in the middle where the experts talk about a given topic and then receiving input/questions from the broader group later.

You can use it for leadership teams sharing their view on an upcoming product, state of the department, in a team that did some pioneering and now sharing to a community of practice. And a lot of other use cases :-).

Thank you so much for those cool videos . Am I mistaken if I deduce that UX fishball seems more like a variant of celebrity interview but where questions are more dynamically generated ? I see some ressemblance here And I see both as pillars for a good mentorship environment setting. Am I missing something otherwise ?

Yes.. They share some similarities :). In celebrity interview you have exactly 1 person being interviewed by a "host", where as in UX Fishbowl you have a group sitting and talking without anybody being the specific host of the show (as the default is at least ;))
