迷你冬瓜盅 winter mini melon soup Ingredients Mini winter melon x1 Winter melon diced Frozen mix seafood Frozen tiger prawns Dry mushroom x 1 (keep soaking water ) Dry scallops (keep soaking water) Diced meat (pork) Oil Marinate ingredients Some Shaoxin wine Some salt Some White pepper Step: Part 1 Marinate meat Marinate seafood Separate washroom & scallops w soaking water (keep the soaking water) Cut winter melon: open, dice, carve *part 2 & 3 to be done at the same time Part 2 Steam skin for 10min Check if white skin is soft Part 3 Fry diced mushroom & scalopy first Then add mixed seafood Take out shrimp, add pork Add diced meat Add soup (soaking water) Add diced winter melon Boil, then continue boil small fire 10 min (Winter melon should be clear) Part 4 Put soup in melon (Extra soup in another bowl, save for tomorrow) Steam 10 min Add shrimps before ready
