A lot to absorb.... but I will experiment until I got it down ! I stopped the tutorial video every few seconds to write down the steps... so I have step by step instructions to follow. I love your tutorials. Always more than the basic things. HAVE A GREAT WEEK!

I agree with the other commenter in that I haven’t used it in so long I had forgotten about it. I should incorporate it more in my videos.

I know this is hard to believe but I'm frustrated. I've tried to find a tutorial to capture a voice over for narration. I really don't want a voice over on the existing audio track I want a separate audio track with the narration. The video tutorials I find on this are usually from older versions. Let me thank you in advance for any help you can be in my situation.

OK, so use your phone or something for your voice over narration and copy it onto your PC. Now in powerdirector go to the Track manager and there you can select to have an audio track where ever you want. The Track manager is the icon with a plus sign on it just above the tracks on the left hand side. Hope this helps.

I've done this myself, I just used the voice recorder on my phone while I was watching a video and then copied the file over to my PC. Have fun.

I tried to import an MP4 4K video today from my Sony A7IV and it would not accept it

Good morning. That is weird. First thing I would try is take the video out of the camera and put it in your downloads on your computer, then retry to upload it into PowerDirector. It sounds like it could be a no access rights to file. It should'nt have any problems with mp4 files. I have never seen this b4. Another question is the file corrupt? can you play it on your pc?

Just a side note is the file a 10bit mp4? PowerDirector does not support 10bit files. Tried this myself with my Canon R7, and no. I just wept, even with all the updates Cyberlink does it will not support 10bit raw footage.
