sir, what is the difference between two sentences in certainty. He will be in the park and he would be in the park. Because in this situation lot of people use would instead of will.

The sentence, "He will be in the park," suggests a present or a future certainty that he is or is going to be in the park. The second sentence, "He would be in the park," implies a conditional or hypothetical situation. It could mean that he might be in the park in the past under certain conditions or circumstances but actually he was not there. It could also mean that he might be in the park ( in the future ) but there's something that is preventing him at the moment from doing so.
