ive seen nemo use this alot,but i cant do knives then air raid fast enough :/ is there some secret input?

You have to be quick inputting H air raid As for EX Stinger, 100% people are inputting it too fast, you've got a 6 frame input window for the instant knives, take your time with ex and be quick about H air raid.

GOD! How the hell does anyone do this consistently or at all? I swear no matter how different I varied the timing I can't get the EX-Knives into H Raid at all. This is much harder than any one frame link for me but I have a feeling that it shouldn't. Help.

It is quite hard to hit, it all comes down to timing You're doing H raid so thats not the issue, I do know that this is REALLY awkward to get on characters like Guile and Rose, works best on Shotos
