Does anyone else think the metsu shoryuken is flat out the best looking attack in the game? I mean, they really sold the hell of the that punch as being THE punch. It is like the entire universe stops for a moment just so Ryu can punch someone's face clean off their skull.

Frank Alvarado I don't know, man. Especially the very first metsu shoryuken in this video. It is like watching Vega get hit by a train. It just gets me because Ryu just shuts him down, stops him dead in his tracks, and even the game goes silent like "JESUS, DID YOU JUST SEE THAT SHIT?!"

I remember fighting that T-Hawk earlier this week. Good god it was a nightmare as I was doing ranked matches between my Ryu and Yun, not only was I RUSTY with my Yun I never fought that matchup before. Combine those 2 with his scrubby mashing and you've got yourself a rage fest.

Shin Shoryuken and Metsu Shoryuken are the same special. The difference is that Ryu is with the "dark side of the force" (Metsu). You can see Gouken applying the same attack (Shin) very peacefully.

I dont know why but street fighter 4 really looks like a better game than 5. Just feels more like a game the team really put a lot of dedication towards. 5 despite the graphics looks kind of like a cheap version of street fighter for the most part. It doesnt have those hype moments, nor a good FEELING whenever I see it/play it.
