Great pack you have there brother. I have an assault pack in woodland camo I have had for years. I carried it daily for quite sometime and it has held up great. I got mine at a gun show in like new condition for 25.00 but again, that was many years ago. They are great packs and hard to beat for the money. Great overview!

Black Hat Bushcraft thanks brother, I only paid like 40/50 bucks for this one, I would’ve preferred woodland, but none were available until after I ordered this one of course lol. I love military gear, it just holds up good. Thanks brother.

160 buck$ for a Maxpedition and 25 buck$ for a new unused Molle 2 at a flea market . 2 outside molle pouches of different sizes and a waist pack purchased later . I have no idea what the later purchase pouches are for , but they work great for medical gear , water purification and spare ammo . More comfortable than a high dollar Maxpedition and love the Molle 2 as much as the "old" Alice pack . 1971 Great review Bro .

inox1ck it is pretty basic, but completely functional. I’m not keen on the camouflage pattern, but the fabric itself is tough. And weight is medium, because it’s such a heavy duty pack.

I too have one of these. FWIW, I like the UCP colors, I don't need much concealment anyway. IMO, the OCP color is ugly, kind of a shxx brown. Very effective for blending in, but for a civilian chic, it looks great. That big US is icing on the cake.

@destroyr12475 жыл бұрын
The Alabama Bushcrafter it is not a rucksack but I guess you can call it that lol. It’s a 3 day assault pack meant to carry a lot less than your typical rucksack. We usually packed ear/eye pro, our ACH, wet weather top/bottom, 4x6 tarp, and 1 pair of socks and our BFAs in them. So, definitely less than what we carried in our rucks.

Steelhuskers 1 one of the good thing about molle, is there is literally tons of options for pouches of all sizes. Condor makes several smaller pouches that would be good options, even the USGI waist pouch might be a good option.
