yes, it's true love because Usher cheated after Chilli rejected Usher's marriage proposal. Usher was young and impatient He could not wait so went about his business. Usher said in Vibe that he fell victim he was weak.Usher definitely regret but he was honest about the cheating thought that would made a difference. Chilli had her own issues to deal with, which I think she did in what Chilli wants. I hope Chilli find true love one day she gorgeous and so sweet.
