Beth- these are the best Golf rebuild video series. Just the right amount of detail. Great work on the motor and video. I've owned these and am looking for another.

It would be really good if you could drop a 2JZ Turbo in you golf. Of course you and your dad would have to convert it to rear wheel drive but it’s just my suggestion.

It will take some time and effort but that's quickly forgotten if the result is to your satisfaction. Nice going.

Nice Car! I love MK2's . I've had many 16v's, sadly my last one died in an argument with a brick wall in Manchester. But one thing Id like to recommend if you can find them, is the Electric Recaro seats that came in the Golf Rallye and Ford Escort RS Turbos. The massive side bolsters basically absorbed the side on impact my mate an I had with the wall. Neither of us really felt anything or had an bruises. They also really improve the look of the interior. You can still buy them new, only a grand each🤔😎
