You're using shiny arrows wrong. If you got into store via the menu and go to gamepasses, you'll see pity. You wanna use a super shiny after you get to 19/20 legendary pity for a way better result.

The Super Shinies are not that good, they are overvalued bc of their rarity: they can only be obtained from buying gamepasses or if you redeemed that one code in 2023, so it should be treated more like an exclusive item rather that an actual measure to get stands/skins
