Is most likely argon gas. It’s what they use with the coravin system

@@mikeallen5291 Considering the price those bottles would probably fetch, whoever has the money for it should be able to do what they want. Most of the fine wines aren't being bought by the average wine connoisseur, it's being bought by people with money who don't necessarily appreciate the wine itself, it's just a flex for them
