Using a GPT Thinking Partner to go from Comments to a Discussion Post Assignemnt

A Dozen How To Steps (3-5 minutes):
1. Select SORTED On the document(s) where you have made comments and replies. Sort by First Name.
2. Scroll to the top of your grouped comments and highlight from the beginning to end of your comments and replies, then make a copy of just your comments.
3. Go to MY LIBRARY. Click on one of your GROUPS in the right column.
4. In your group scroll to the bottom and find GROUP DISCUSSIONS.
5. Click JOIN DISCUSSIONS (or if you are the first person here, click Create a Conversation.
6. In the pop-up box, write the title of the article (or articles) you have read in the Summary of Comment box.
7. Paste the comments you copied in step 2 into the Further Thoughts box.
NOTE: If you are writing a post about more than one article, you will need to repeate steps 1-6 for each article.
8. Scroll to the bottom and hit REPLY WITH AI.
9. Select GPT Thinking Partner: INTRODUCING WHAT "THEY SAY" Writing Mentor.
10. Hit REPLY after editing for usefulenss and accuracy, and correcting any bias.
11. Do follow the directions in the last few paragraphs. Treat this as an assignment.
12. Open REPLY to complete your first draft of a discussion post for Youth Voices. You will be asked to copy and paste your writing from here to a text edit page on Youth Voices after this.
