Try moving your router into a different room, I first had my router in the living room and then thought it would be faster in my room, put it in my room and used ethernet and the results where less then 0, I kept getting kicked out. Found out that the room WiFi connection is only used for extenders and the living room is where you put the main WiFi

I get a pop up that tells me "Your router or isp appears to be intercepting and redirecting all outgoing DNS requests. This mean you cannot benchmark or utilize alternative DNS servers. Please adust router configuration of file a support request with your ISP". Anyone know what this could mean, or what I should do?

Damn this was helpful, I used to play like 0 ping and go crazy with the retakes but after quarantine that shi* faded.. now I play 0 ping full time it doesn't even spike to 20 anymore even in games it's still 0 ping only sometimes it goes up to like 1 or 2 ping then goes back to 0 tysm dude
