Oh my gosh, I see why washing the oysters with salt is important The liquid in the pan is hideous looking. I do not like raw oyster, I only eat fried or smoked oysters, I could eat two to three dozen fried and or smoked oysters. They are super delicious. These here in the video are awesome.
most of the oyster sauce recipe on the internet call for it to be mix with the previous batch of sauce, or mixed with some store bought sauce, mainly due to how expensive it was to be consumed pure.
I wonder will it be better if you use garlic too 🤤 but that looked oishii already tho

I love adding a potato starch slurry to thicken the sauce and using that to coat crispy, pre-fried noodles, though I understand your distaste for potato starch preventing you from using that technique.
