Yell or not Jillian, it changes nothing. Iv been yelling most my life and iv been an angry person at times, this is all. Something we could all work on is finding stillness in our spirit. I may be absent, but I still teach. Have a wonderful day, and believe in yourself. This goes for all my students.❤️
