Would you suggest to drop durometer and then hit with black sand or black sand and then use prep to drop duro?

Drop duro first. Black sand only drips a couple points.

Papa is correct. Black sand is a great bite adder for those type conditions. Sunday after a race 1/2 straight wipes and let set all week. Then at track cut Black sand 50/50 with acrysol or something similar for fast drying Pre Race Wipe.

@@kart6t3_ben My question was about tires. I do use black sand just wondering if there is a better tire than blue and pinks?

@@ddeadbeat if most racers are using Maxxis that’s a tough call. I’ve heard decent things about Cobra tires and they are super cheap (but I’ve never used them). I really like Vega Blues , they are a harder tire like the Maxxis.

If a tire is soft how can you harden it back up?

Time, sun and the sun are the safest and most natural. methenol or Hexane and heat can fast forward that process. But it causes more “damage”

Speaking on the topic of UAS, I am having a difficult time finding an engine. I don’t want to sacrifice a perfectly fine mx bike just for the engine. Striking out on marketplace 😂

Yeh it’s a tough call. I don’t ride but watch Supercross and understand not wanting to part out a perfectly good bike.
