Using a walker: pro's and con's

hi everyone!! I hope you enjoy the video even though I rambled a bit. Using a walker or any mobility aid can be frustrating but we use them for a reason: to help us!! I experience a lot of different judgement depending on what I'm using (walker or wheelchair) and personally I feel like people judge the walker worse... but let me know your experiences !
