Using Airmail For Direct Pactor Connections

Hi Jack, thanks for the video, I am currently trying to set my pactor modem up on my sailboat. I have identified the COM port, and have my windows 10 laptop recognising the serial to usb cable now that i have installed an old driver. When I am in AirMail in the Dump or HF terminals, there is an error with CTS and DSR. I noticed yours are both green and = 1. Have you ever run into this problem? My modem is a PTC-IIex and laptop is Windows 10. I am powering my modem from the icom Hf radio.
